Privacy policy

All Products Distributor, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), a New Jersey corporation, operates apdnutraceuticals.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices and rights. It covers the Site only. Purchases on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Faire, or other marketplaces are covered by those marketplaces' privacy policies (and by our limited use of the order information they share with us to fulfill your order).

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, order details, customer account login details, product reviews you submit, and messages you send us.
Payment information: card details are entered into and processed by our payment processors. We do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, referring site, and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from others: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, and shipping carriers may provide information related to your order.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as health conditions, and we ask that you not include health information in reviews or messages.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

To process, ship, and support your orders, including returns.
To manage your customer account.
To communicate with you about orders and respond to inquiries.
To collect and display product reviews.
To send marketing emails if you sign up or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To prevent fraud and protect the Site and our customers.
To understand how the Site is used and to improve the Site and our products.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We share personal information with service providers that help us run our business, including:

Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which hosts the Site, processes orders, and provides site analytics;
Shopify Payments and other payment processors offered at checkout;
shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and our fulfillment partners that ship orders directly to customers;
Klaviyo, our email marketing provider;
Yotpo, our product review provider.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect rights, property, and safety, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business or assets.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. To our knowledge, we do not currently use third-party advertising pixels on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and honor any applicable rights to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.

4. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work (for example, your cart and account), to understand Site traffic, and to support email signup and product reviews. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some Site features may not work properly. Where required by law, we may also provide a consent or preferences option on the Site.

5. EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES

Email: if you sign up for our emails, we send them through Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email. We will still send transactional emails about your orders and account.
Text messages: we do not currently send marketing text messages.

6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (including California, New Jersey, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:

know about and access the personal information we have about you;
correct inaccurate information;
delete your information;
receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising, if applicable;
not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email info@allproductsdistributor.com or call (917) 410-2197. We will verify your request by matching information you provide with our records. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General. We honor opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, to the extent our tools support them.

California residents: in the past 12 months we collected the categories of information described in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet or other network activity, approximate geolocation, and reviews you submit) for the purposes in Section 2, and disclosed them to the categories of service providers in Section 3. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents may ask about disclosures to third parties for their own direct marketing by emailing us.

7. DATA RETENTION

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Order and transaction records are kept as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years). Email marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which we may keep a record of your opt-out so we can honor it. Account information is kept while your account is active or until you ask us to delete it, subject to the retention of order records described above.

8. SECURITY

We use reasonable safeguards, and payments are processed over encrypted connections by our payment processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. CHILDREN

The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. CHANGES

We may update this policy by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. We will highlight material changes on the Site.
